since you have Winxp, find where your profile is located
. Close Netscape7.2 and then open the profile in Windows Explorer, and keep clicking until you get to your Mail account (Mail|account name).
Then delete the Inbox.msf (that's the header file). Close Windows Explorer, and open NS7.2. and check your mail. If still nothing, you may have to contact your ISP/or check the mail atthe ISP website.
