I thought it would be interesting to see how much sleep people get & how they sleep...

I try to get 10 hours sleep a night (although most nights I only get about 8 hours)! Rolling Eyes

I usually start getting ready for bed at around 22:00 (10:00PM) and try to get up at around 08:00 (8:00AM), although I usually get up at around 10:00 (10:00AM) on weekends & bank holidays though (or at least I try to). Laughing

I find myself falling asleep on my back but I always wake up on my side, SPOOKY!... Laughing

How about yous lot?... Razz

That's normally around the times I sleep also. I find myself going to bed between 11:00 PM and 11:30 PM, and waking up around 6:30 AM to get ready for school.

Well, I think that I go from 10:30PM to 6:30AM, but I could be mistaken on 10:30 but am sure of 6:30. On weekends, I seem to get more along the line of 12:30 to 8:00.

The experts say at least 8 hours of sleep, so I guess I fall close to the threshold.
