Hi, I recently installed Fedora core 1 on my laptop. I chose not to install Mozilla 1.4 because I was going to install Mozilla 1.6 later but Mozilla 1.4 was installed anyway and is the default browser. The problem occurs in both versions. I do not have the Linux version of Netscape loaded.

The problem I am having is that whenever I try to go to the login screen of a secure site (Paypal, bank ... etc.) I get "Connection to www... terminated unexpectedly...". All other sites work fine with no issues.

I checked the security settings and everything is default. SSL's are all enabled?

My desktop system has XP and IE and it works fine. We use the same dialup ISP, but different modem.

I am thinking that when I did not install the 1.4 browser orignally some key component was not installed.

Thanks.
