I have Netscape 7.1 installed and use Netscape Webmail. The "you have 0 new messages" message comes up when I logon to my Webmail account though I have unread email in my Inbox. Is this a bug or have I set a Preference incorrectly somewhere in my Netscape 7.1 program?
Thanks,
dw7

Hi,
It seems to happen in all browsers I think that it is a problem with the netscape servers.

Just click on Get Mail and you will see your messages.
It just seemed to change one day, I have the same problem. I kept wondering what had happened to the junk mail, but it was there once I clicked on Get Mail

The webmail set up is a series of bugs. I gave up on it, but I have run into half a dozen problem. It is a different thing if you get it at another account. Ang, get messages will do no good.

hehe, I changed it to "Get Mail" Fulvio..
It works for me, of course I don't have NS7.1 or 7.02 and perhaps that is the difference.

I know it changed a couple of weeks or so ago.
I don't have any problems with it other than the "0 messages" which I do have. But as I said, I click on "Get Mail" and my mail is there.
Scanned for Viruses too.

I've noticed that problem before. I just check my netscape mail through netscape's mail program. It will let you check it like a regular imap.
