I actually don't have a favorite since I don't tend to visit tech news pages in a dedicated way.

I just have the two personal start pages I use (my.netscape.com and start.earthlink.net) setup to list current tech news and both of them seem to link to ZDNet articles more than any other if memory serves. So, I voted for ZDNet.

My fav place is http://www.techtv.com/ and I am watching it on cableTV. But, I will vote for CNET if TECHTV does not qualify as news.

I suppose if they can be referred to as geek sites, then
my vote is for both MozillaZine and MozillaNews, even
though these sites are not currently listed in the poll.
