Ok, it's bugging me too much now.
Someone sends me an email containing a funny .jpg. I laugh, then try to forward it to other like-minded friends and I get an error message that there was "a problem attaching Inbox. Please check if you have access to the file."
I use Netscape 7.2 for mail and I don't remember this happening before. I have my prefs set to Inline for attachments.
Any ideas you can throw my way?
Thanks.
Mike

You are forwarding the received email, correct?
From Thunderbird I sent myself an email with a jpg photo. I read it into Netscape 7.2 - it was fine - and then forwarded the email+photo back to myself. I did this twice, both with and without the Display Attachments Inline checked in NS. Both emails read in perfectly in Thunderbird.
I did notice that the Netscape Sent copy did not display the photo inline; but I could click on the file in the Attachments sub-panel and it would open in the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer (my default jpg viewer).
Standard diagnostic when debugging: define and set up a new Profile, call it 'Test'. Then try to reproduce the problem.
