I have never seen any popups in any firefox1.0x releases, until today. I saw two, at once at a website. The website is irrelevant, since it never did that before, nor did it do after I checked things up. One was for American Express through adserver.com. I have been blocking cookies from adserver.com, and don't allow any popups. The other one for Netflix was from zedo.com, which I did not allow either, but had not blocked cookies. Now, I am blocking cookies from zedo.com which introduces several, at any given time.
This was in Firefox1.0.7, and Spyware Blaster blocks several cookies, by default. It was really surprising to see those popups.
